Join me for a beautiful and wholesome "Time Out' event at the stunning Lakeside Hotel in Newby Bridge, Lake District. Thursday 24th September: 9.30am - 4.30pm Situated in the 'Oak Room' overlooking the Lake and hills, the day will start with a relaxing practice of nature inspired Yin and Yoga Nidra to help you switch off and fully immerse yourself into the experience. We will then spend some time in the woods with a short walk to connect with the outside world, and all the season has to offer. Returning to the hotel for warm drinks, before a wonderful creative Autumn Wreath making workshop. I will talk you through all the gorgeous autumn stems and help you to make your very own sensational door wreath. We will then enjoy a seasonally inspired light lunch in the lakeside conservatory before having the afternoon to enjoy the swimming pool and Spa facilaties.
